Working Life is boring...
I know when everyone becomes an adult, they will step into the society to work to earn money.. But I feel that normal working life is so dead and boring... If you are unlucky, you may even meet evil people who will ruin your entire working life and make your life miserable.. Is it even possible to do something you like and earn money at the same time? I really hate office work and jobs that makes you do the same tasks everyday.. Isn't there any interesting jobs that does not need any certificates? I know in this world you need paper qualifications to attain a better job, but i seen people with good paper qualifications who still unable to find jobs.. Why would people care so much about paper qualification where the actual job itself is different from what you learn in schools...?

Ten Tips for writing a blog post
Here are ten tips that help me with my blog writing.
1. Make your opinion known
People like blogs, they like blogs because they are written by people and not corporations. People want to know what people think, crazy as it sounds they want to know what you think. Tell them exactly what you think using the least amount of words possible.
2. Link like crazy.
Support your post with links to other web pages that are contextual to your post.

Stress
Every Needs to Have A Break
STRESS is a problem that most people face on almost a daily basis. Not only will it affect your ability to do a good job, but you could also be up for some pretty heavy health risks such as high blood pressure, migraines, stomach ulcers and even depression.
Are you facing stress at work too?
What’s the best stress management activity to incorporate into your daily routine?
How about HAVE A BREAK during work? Yes, by having a five minute break every few hours, you actually are allowing your body and brain time to re-energize, relax and refocus.
Most jobs usually involve long hours each day with repetitive activities like:
- working at a desk in front of a computer.
- standing behind a cash register.
It can be any other jobs in which you are continuously performing repetitive motions and such job may put yourself at risk of a work related injury.
So how can you calm yourself down?
Here are some of my stress management activities which you can adopt too. They are really a very simple habit to develop for a long term benefit.
1. Take a deep breath: We are not robot after all and your brain is not built to work at full speed for eight hours straight so give it a few reprieves throughout the day. Closing your eyes for 30 seconds and taking a few deep breaths or looking out the window will help your eye sight and your stress levels.
2. Relieving Stress by Exercise : Stretch your muscles during a work day and relieve muscle tension in your body.
3. Drinking water: Keeping yourself hydrated at work is super important because office air-conditioning can strip the body of moisture which puts it under unnecessary stress. I had a habit of having a bottle of water on my desk and finishing it everyday. Drinking tea is also the perfect way to stay hydrated and calm down. Studies have proven that herbal and normal tea rejuvenates and relaxes the body.
Do you have friend/ colleague who are feeling stress too?

Boring
Yesterday, I spent the day watching TV shows in my computer. I ate lunch alone, but I looked so utterly bored that probably they think I'm nuts. But, do I care? I think I didn't even spoke yesterday, now that I come to think about it. But well, it wasn't a bad day...
Today I'm all alone in the house. It's great. At least until 7 pm. I already decided to watch a movie. It's so peaceful, feels so good. Now this is what I call a break!
In the next few days I'm gonna post a few funny stories that happened to me when I was back in big city and never got the chance to write about. And if anyone wants to ask my opinion on something, go ahead. In the next few days, I would appreciate suggestions for posts, since I doubt things will get interesting here...

Fixing My Life
Can a blog change your life? Depends. I must say that when I created this blog, I had no idea what I wanted from this blog. I can say, honestly, that this blog helped me in this short time. I'm not gonna say that it changed my life, because that would be ridiculous, but the small thoughts that I shared, the comments that I received and all the blogs that I now read, all those small things can make a change. A small change perhaps, but a change nevertheless.
I sense that. A few weeks after starting this blog, I was able to see that there's a lot of guys going through my situation, and several who already went with similar situations. The idea that you're not alone is quite comforting, specially if it seems that you're bearing a heavy weight on your shoulders. I only hope I was able (or I'm being able) to transmit a small joy of what a great experience it has been to write and to share all the small things that happen in my life. Because it's impossible to fix your life all by yourself.
And no, this is not a goodbye. It's just occurred me to say.

Just another day
Well, it was a very long day. I'm really tired and I really need to sleep. My day was pretty ordinary. I didn't saw Locker guy and I didn't get laid. So, I'll hope tomorrow will be more interesting.

Weekend
As time goes by and we notice that there are fewer and fewer hours from the weekend, you start to become a little depressed. You only think of the week that's ahead. All the work. All the troubles that you might go into. All the people you will have to deal. All the laughs you will produce. All the odd thoughts that will cross your head. Weekend is a really good days. It's so out of touch with daily routine.

Break II
It was a busy day and until whole week things won't get any better. But small things, as a simple smile from someone on the street or an old video on YouTube can give us a break.

It's not the end of world as we know it.... I hope
Back in June, my life took a sudden change. Let's say my name is Oscar, so things are easier to explain. The past months have been really hard for me. I never experienced nothing like it. I didn't talk to anyone about what was crossing my mind, 'cause I'm a person who likes to keep his feelings to himself. But today, after a sad and difficult conversation, I realized I needed to express myself. I decided to create a blog. Haha
How to Stay Young
1. Throw out nonessential numbers:
This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.
2. Keep only cheerful friends:
2. Keep only cheerful friends:
The grouches pull you down. (keep this In mind if you are one of those grouches;)
3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop." And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!
4. Enjoy the simple things.
4. Enjoy the simple things.
5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER.
6. The tears happen:
Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourself. LIVE while you are alive.
